Brief Description
Hand Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing experience. The hands have Reflex
points which map and reflect the entire body. When these points are massaged, using specific techniques, they release blocked energy and bring the body to good health. Hand Reflexology harmonises all the body's functions, helping to improve blood and nerve supply and release toxins. Stress and tension are relieved and the mind and emotions are calmed. Hand Reflexology is ideal for preventing dis-ease and maintaining and extending optimum health. It can be used for self-treatment, or where foot Reflexology is not appropriate.

Course duration - Self-paced. There are 5 modules to study.

Course Criteria

  • Training manuals provided for each Module to be studied at your own pace.
  • Question paper to test you on your understanding of each module to be submitted for marking before the next module is sent to you.
  • 5 Case studies to be submitted before certificate is issued.

Resources required to complete the training
You will require all relevant equipment and products in order to practice your skills at home as well as completing your case studies. A list of recommended equipment and products are supplied within the training material. It is recommended that you purchase a text book, in addition to the training manual, for future reference from our recommended reading list supplied within our training manual.

Requirements for this course?
A good command of verbal and written English is an advantage. It is also advisable that you have reasonable computer skills to enable you to email and open attachments. Tutorials are sent by a PDF file (most computers have Adobe Reader, however it is available as a free download).
