Who is the course for?
If you are a health practitioner looking to bring new skills and
techniques into your own life, or to pass on to your clients, this
workshop is perfect for you.
Have you ever been puzzled why modern nutrition uses a ‘one
size fits all’ approach to people of all different sizes, shapes and
cultures? If the answer is yes then this course is for you. A different
kind of thinking exists in Ayurvedic teachings, which helps us to
understand that each of us digests and assimilates food differently.
At Tri-Dosha, we can help you understand how Ayurveda can help
us live long healthy lives without medication.
What is the course about?
Thanks to Ayurvedic wisdom, we understand food isn’t simply
something we consume. In fact, it is more significant to our health.
Our course will show you how poor nutrition is the main cause of
health problems while also demonstrating what we eat can have a
positive effect on our wellbeing and happiness. Food is one of the
cornerstones of this philosophy, serving as a method to cure many
common problems such as food allergies.
While our course will teach you that there is no such thing as
‘Ayurvedic food’ per se, there is, however, a methodology of
structuring diets according to your individual metabolic functions.
There is a strong interest in an individualised dietary program today
and Ayurveda is at the forefront. Boasting the largest compilation
of medical literature in the world, Ayurveda also holds the largest
pharmacopoeia of medicines globally – more than three times the
size of modern medicine.
What can be achieved?
Expand your knowledge of foods and nutrition to help yourself
live a healthy, balanced life, or pass the information on to your
clients, helping to nurture their development in this area.
Our course provides thorough introductory training on
Ayurvedic nutrition, which can also serve as a solid platform
to build upon further Ayurvedic training in other areas such as
massage or meditation.
