Tri-Dosha Limited was established in 2005, it has become well regarded as a pioneering force for Ayurveda in its most complete and effective form, making it relevant to modern life. Tri-Dosha is not ‘just another product training’ programme; our inspiring 40 hour course is FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) accredited and offers you a new direction and a true vocation. By delivering an authentic, educational, training programme, Tri-Dosha can help you discover the incredible healing power of Ayurveda and open up you and your clients to a naturally healthier way of life.

What is the course about?
Ayurveda is a wellbeing philosophy that has proved timeless; and it
continues to respect universal laws governing health that were first
recognised by Vedic seers (visionary therapists) thousands of years
ago. Tri-Dosha Ayurveda is a contemporary offering of this respected
scientific system of natural health care. Perfect for students wishing
to deliver Ayurvedic therapy at the highest level, we provide practical
training in seven key areas, including shirodhara, at a choice of five
venues in the UK. Learn to apply the sciences of natural Ayurvedic
therapy with Ayurvedic-based lifestyle advice within a positive and
supportive environment.

What can be achieved?
This course builds a solid foundation for delivering Tri-Dosha
therapies, as well as entailing the principles and practices of
pranayama and meditation.
The therapies are:
• Shirobhyanga (head/neck/arm massage)
• Marma Abhyanga (full body with marma)
• Padabhyanga (lower leg and foot therapy)
• Mukhabhyanga (face massage)
• Shirodhara (warm oil poured on third eye)
• Pinda Sweda (herbal compress)
• Udvartana (detox powder)
Tri-Dosha Ayurvedic therapists have a key role to play in the
distribution of the Tri-Dosha products. They are professionals, experts
and of course give the very special Tri-Dosha treatment. As both
therapist and educator, the Tri-Dosha Ayurvedic therapist is the soul of
the brand.
