Guru Holistic Therapy are a recognised and accredited College and training school by Guild. Their courses enable you to practice professionally and gain membership and insurance. On completion you will receive a Guru Holistic Therapy Ayurvedic Foot Ritual Diploma Certificate.

Ayurvedic Foot Ritual/Kansa Vataki is based on the ayurvedic system of healing and originates from India. The aim of AFR is to relax the body via the feet, to detoxify and to release stress and tension. It truly is a wonderful therapy that promotes deep relaxation and wellbeing. It works on the same principles as reflexology, uses marma points and acupressure points to re-balance the whole body.

What are the benefits?
