one-day Ayurvedic Holistic Facial course is a balanced fusion
of expert skincare recommendations and lifestyle advice, to
give you the knowledge to offer your clients lasting internal
and external radiance.
What is the course about?
Discover the principles of Ayurvedic skincare and how it can
form the backbone to a unique holistic facial. At the heart
of this facial is the application of marma (vital point) face
massage, which reduces ageing by encouraging the flow of
prana (energy) and blood to the face, leaving a more youthful
and healthy appearance.
What can be achieved?
You will leave the course with practical training in marma
face massage. Alongside this, you will learn the practical
use of the Tri-Dosha products (cleanse, scrub, mask,
face cream) and their unique medicinal ingredients. This
means, you be able to market two treatments from the
training day, a face massage and an Ayurvedic facial.
