A recognised and accredited College and training school by the CMA. Their Diploma courses enable you to practice professionally and gain membership and insurance. You will receive a Practitioner certificate in Zen Rose Quartz Hot & Cold Massage Therapy by the CMA.
Please book early to avoid disappointment - a maximum of 6 students can be booked onto each course, to ensure that you get the optimum learning experience, and individual attention. (Minimum of 2 students per course is required)
What is Rose Quartz Massage?
Rose quartz has always been known as the stone which awakens our vitality and makes our blood run. That’s why rose quartz is good for the heart, circulation and also helps with narrowing of blood-vessels. The love stone inspires our fantasy, opens our senses and creative way of thinking. Rose quartz is able to bring back into balance changes of mood and to diminish fears.
Zen Rose Quartz Hot & Cold Massage Therapy™ starts with a point press massage of the feet, which are a gateway to relaxation. Via the reflex zones of the feet a pleasant balance of the whole body is effected. A feeling of tranquillity and trust is created. Interior uneasiness will be solved and heartbeat regulated by balancing strokes with valuable oil of roses and warm rose quartz stones on the chest. Stress simply fades away.
It is a deep healing massage technique to promote relaxation and to help balance energy pathways. This treatment not only dispels tensions and soothes the soul but also enhances lymph flow, removes toxins and fortifies the immune system. It also stimulates the Chakras removing energy blockages.

Home study - 1 day Pre-course reading and questions are required to be completed before the training day. (emailed to you) This allows for an intensive one day practical study of the routine.
Everything you need to learn this treatment is included in this course. A selection of Rose Quartz crystals (palm stones, wands, tumble stones, Spheres, heart stones, pendulum and facial massagers) and a warming pad will be required after the course for this treatment. (details in your manual)
Do I need to bring anything?
- The Training Manual
- A packed lunch
- A bottle of water
- Jumper (after receiving treatment you may get cold)
- Socks of slippers for comfort
- Hair band for long hair
- Dressing gown or bath robe
- X2 large towels to sufficiently cover your body for massage
- X2 hand towels
- Do not wear jewellery
