Hand reflexology is becoming increasingly popular and has the advantage of being performed easily. This course is a comprehensive introduction to the theory and practice of this ancient healing art, with practical techniques, a section on essential oils for the hands, and a comprehensive list of common ailments that can be treated by hand reflexology.

You will learn how to treat specific medical conditions, like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, RSI or asthma.  You can also treat stress, headaches, backache, neck pain, arthritis and hand injuries.

Home study - 1 day Pre-course reading and questions are required to be completed before the training day. (emailed to you) This allows for an intensive one day practical study of the routine.
