If you are wanting to do the Body, Aromatherapy or Reflexology courses.
We have split the courses in to 2 sections.
Part 1 - A&P Level 3 or higher (you do not need to do this section if you already have a nursing degree, Sports science degree, are a physio, doctor ect) If you are starting from the beginning then part 1 would be required.
Part 2 - Would be the practical Body, Aromatherapy or Reflexology course.
This A&P L3 course is recommend for going onto Complementary Therapy, Body massage (swedish), Aromatherapy & Reflexology. Do you want to study massage, holistic therapy or beauty, but need a Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology Diploma? Then this is the course for you.. This course is for students who wish to study an in-depth course in Anatomy and Physiology which will allow you to understand how the body works and how it will apply to your further study.
This home study/distance learning course provides information to gain an accredited Diploma with 13 A&P units. You will receive feedback on each completed unit. On course completion your assessor will conduct a 20 question telephone test with you.
This course is conducted as an online course. We will email out the work packs/units for you to complete & return in a time scale that is convenient to you. We then mark your completed units & return them to you with feedback on your progress. On completion of the work packs/units we will phone you with 20 questions to test your knowledge & understanding. 70% pass is required within 3 attempts at 20 questions.
This qualification will form the foundation to build your therapy career and is suitable as a gateway for non-medical physical therapies. It is a reinforcement to learning for those taking skills qualifications, those returning to therapies and for those progressing to further qualifications.

How long is this course?
This is a Home study course therefore the length of how long it takes is up to you. However it is advisable that you should take no longer than 6 months. This is for the self motivated! You will be supplied with course work packs/units via email. And the recommended Anatomy and Physiology book to help with your units is FREE with the course.

What are the entry requirements for this course?
No previous knowledge is required. However a good command of verbal and written English is required. It is also advisable that you have reasonable computer skills to enable you to email and open attachments. You need to have office word or compatible version of software
Note**Maximum time to complete the A&P L3 course is 6 months from the date of booking

Anatomy & Physiology Level 3 Diploma
I had a bad experience trying A&P online with a well known on line course provider. The support was minimal to say the least. Emails from the tutors were answered with one word answers and often days before I got a reply. I gave up and lost the money!!
Anyway, I did my research and after talking to Keith from Natural Therapy Studio I felt confident to try again. I was offered regular support by phone during the day, a quick responses to emails out of hours and a quality course. ALL OF THIS WAS TRUE! The book that you read first is brilliantly laid out. Each unit is well explained and there are good diagrams, followed by a summary and then a multiple choice test. This solidifies your knowledge before you go onto the next unit.
You do need to work at this course and it is not easy. It took me five months to do from start to finish and because of this you need a good company with someone at the end of the phone to support you personally. I highly recommend this company .
