The complimentary treatment known as Reflexology is one of the most well known holistic therapies which is known worldwide. It is based on ascientific principle that every organ in the body, there is a reflection in certain reflexes in the feet.
The feet are a microcosm of the human body. By manipulating and stimulating the reflex areas on the feet, energy congestion within the body is released. Using correct stimulation of the feet reflexes, while the client is relaxed, improves the energy flow and the blood supply throughout the body.
This results in an overall feeling of well-being and which enables the body to function more effectively. Reflexology is a completely safe, non intrusive and a totally natural aid to restoring the body's health.
